Accreditation Fees
- Application Fee: $600–$650 (+5%) — paid at submission
- Candidate Recognition Fee: $650 (+5%) — invoiced after candidacy approval (or prepaid)
- Full Accreditation Fee (at Self-Study): Small (1–250) $2,500 • Medium (251–1,000) $3,000 • Large (1,001+) $4,000 (+5%)
- Annual Maintenance: $500/yr (+5%) after award
