Module 1: Orientation to IACDE & Accreditation Philosophy
This module introduces IACDE’s mission, vision, and values. You'll gain insight into the purpose of digital accreditation and understand the guiding principles behind the certification process.
Explore each of IACDE’s core accreditation standards in detail. Learn how to interpret standard language, assess institutional readiness, and evaluate compliance expectations.
Learn the evaluator's role, ethical responsibilities, and review protocols. This module covers step-by-step guidance for conducting digital accreditation reviews.
Module 4: Institutional Support & Readiness Sessions
Understand how to guide institutions in preparing for accreditation. This module focuses on readiness assessments, document review, and helping schools align with IACDE standards.
Participate in practice-based workshops designed to enhance your evaluator skills. Topics include digital evaluation techniques, cultural competence, and continuous improvement.
To complete your CDAE certification, you must:
- Submit a sample evaluation report
- Pass the final review quiz
- Participate in a brief peer review or reflection
- Upon completion, you will receive a digital certificate and be listed in the IACDE Evaluator Directory.
